Seven Mile Hill Windfarm

Energy Transportation was contracted for the complete erection & mechanical completion of 79 GE 1.5MW Turbines. Erection began September 16 and was complete on November 13 with 19 wind/weather days accounted for. This project was delayed 2 months for permitting issues. Energy Transportation ran 24 hours a day, seven days a week to complete the project on time.

Energy Transportation personnel working on the project were 158 millwrights, ironworkers, operators, laborers, safety, quality control and management team members at the height of the construction cycle.
